LATITUDE VS CLOUDINESS

Continents tend to be less cloudy than adjacent oceans (at the same latitude), except in the equatorial belt. On average, cloudiness is highest around 60 - 100S (about 80% of the time for majority of cities) but there is less cloud cover for cities at the South Pole as shown in the scatter plot.
